Detroit-Style Pizza Cook
We're looking for a skilled and passionate pizza cook to join our kitchen team. You'll be responsible for preparing and baking authentic Detroit-style square pizzas using our signature recipes and fresh daily ingredients. No Detroit pizza experience? No problem — we provide full training on our signature style.
- 1+ year kitchen or food prep experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable availability including weekends
- Team-oriented attitude
Shift Lead / Team Leader
As a Shift Lead, you'll guide daily operations and lead a small team of kitchen and front-of-house staff during your shift. You'll be responsible for quality control, staff coordination, opening/closing duties, and ensuring every guest leaves happy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow into restaurant management.
- 2+ years restaurant experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- ServSafe Certification preferred
- Availability to open and/or close
Front of House Team Member
Join our front-of-house team and be the warm, friendly face that welcomes every guest to Via 313. You'll take orders, process payments, answer questions about our menu, and ensure our dining area stays clean and inviting. Customer service experience is a plus, but enthusiasm and a positive attitude are what matter most to us.
- Excellent communication and people skills

Delivery Driver
Deliver freshly baked Detroit-style pizza to our valued customers across Austin. As a Delivery Driver, you'll be responsible for timely, accurate deliveries and providing a great final impression of the Via 313 experience. Mileage reimbursement provided, and tips significantly boost your earnings.
- Valid Texas driver's license and clean driving record
- Reliable personal vehicle (insured)
- Familiarity with Austin area preferred
- Smartphone for navigation and order management
- Friendly, professional demeanor
Assistant Restaurant Manager
We're seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to help oversee daily restaurant operations, develop our team, manage inventory and ordering, and maintain Via 313's high standards of quality and hospitality. You'll work closely with the General Manager and have a clear path toward advancement as we grow.
- 3+ years restaurant management experience
- Strong leadership and staff development skills
- Inventory management and food cost control experience
- ServSafe Manager Certification preferred
- Proficiency with POS and scheduling software
